Conference Venue
The IACAP 2026 Conference will be held on the campus of the University of Kansas, in Lawrence, Kansas. Conference sessions will take place inside Nichol’s Hall at the headquarters of the Center for Cybersocial Dynamics (the crimson marker on the map below).

Downtown
The Oread Hotel (the blue marker on the map above) is roughly a 30+ minute walk from our conference venue or a ~20-minute slow ride through campus on public transportation (e.g., route 45). If you are coming from downtown Lawrence, you could be at our venue via a 25+ minute bus ride (e.g., on route 4).
Technical Infrastructure
All rooms have full audiovisual equipment and are wheelchair accessible.
Wifi is available as eduroam and via the KU Guest open wifi network.

Conference Social Events
Welcome drinks (self-paid) will be had on Wednesday, July 15th at 7:00 PM at The Nest, the rooftop of the Oread Hotel on campus.
Conference Dinner
Thursday, July 16th from 5:00–7:00 PM at Juniper Hill Farm, right outside of Lawrence. The menu will accommodate vegans and vegetarians, and it includes an open bar.
We will take a bus that meets at Nichols Hall at 4:30 PM.
